依赖操作
POST
对依赖执行安装、卸载或同步安装状态操作。安装与卸载按队列依次执行，返回本次提交的数量；任一依赖状态不允许安装或卸载时整体失败，不会提交任何任务。sync 用于同步全部依赖的安装状态，已有同步任务执行中时会返回失败。

值于
"install""uninstall""sync"ids?array<integer>依赖 ID 列表，action 为 install / uninstall 时必填，sync 时可省略
返回本次操作结果：安装 / 卸载时为入队数量，同步状态时为发生状态变更的记录数量
